Rich Kaske is a lifelong resident of DuPage County and resides today in Bensenville. He started as a laborer with the Township Highway Department in 1981, working his way up to become Deputy Road Commissioner in 1998. In July of 2008 he was appointed Road Commissioner. He handles a 1.6 million dollar budget that includes the Senior and Disabled Transportation Program. He is a member of the Township Officials of Illinois (TOI), the American Public Works Association (APWA), and in 2003 was appointed DuPage Homeland Security Director for Addison Township.
